Grand Prize: One drawn on Monday, 24 November 2008 at 2pm
AEST and includes a years supply of fuel valued at AU$5,200,
based on $100 per week for 52 weeks. Fuel will be issued by way of one (1)
of the following options of the winners’ choice: Shell Company of
Australia Limited’s gift cards (valid for 12 months, go to www.shell.com.au
for full terms and conditions), Caltex StarCash Cards (valid for 18 months,
go to www.caltex.com.au for full terms and conditions) or BP Australia Pty
Ltd’s pre pay fuel cards (valid for 12 months, go to www.bp.com for
full terms and conditions).
It is a condition of entry that each entrant must check the consent
box. By checking the consent box, entrants are confirming that
they authorise Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd to use their
contact details (residential and email) and telephone number(s) (work, mobile
and home/private) provided in this entry form for sales and marketing purposes,
in particular, for the purpose of offering the opportunity to attend a timeshare
sales presentation on the WorldMark South Pacific holiday ownership program,
for an indefinite period until they opt out. In the event that the entrant
does not provide their contact details (residential and email) and telephone
number(s) (work, mobile and home/private), the Promoter reserves the right
to obtain those contact details and telephone number(s) from various sources
made available in the public domain such as, but not limited to, publicly
available directories and the entrant authorises the Promoter to contact
them on those contact details and telephone number(s) for an indefinite
period. Entrants may be contacted by phone, mail or email for the purpose
of promoting the Promoter, partner or supporting merchant’s various
products and services.
No purchase necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Information on

Saturday, 1 March 2008 and entries close on Friday, 31 October 2008 at 5pm
AEST. Entries not received by that date or not completed in accordance with
the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.
Contest is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, USA &
Canada aged 18 years and over. Prizes guaranteed to be given away by random
drawing from all versions of this contest conducted simultaneously in Australia,
New Zealand & Fiji. Winners will assume responsibility for all taxes,
licensing and/or duty. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific
Club and the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN
30 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.
Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Competition
can be entered by completing an entry form in full via a Wyndham Vacation
Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd promotion at www.winfuel.com.au,
www.winfuel.co.nz
or via a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific promotional stand or Alliance
Partner. Please note all database leads obtained by the Promoter will also
be entered automatically. Winners advised by mail and the results published
in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 3 December 2008. If the Grand
Prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date an unclaimed prize
draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 24 February 2009 subject to any written
directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993
(SA). Winner of redraw will be published in The Australian newspaper on
Wednesday, 4 March 2009 (if applicable). Prize winners’ list may be
obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Winners’

or visiting www.wyndhamvrap.com.
All prize winners must agree to the use of pictures, names and/or statements
for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also
agrees that the promoter may use this information or disclose it to other
organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing
and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation
to the entrant. Entries for each draw must be received by the Promoter 24
days prior to drawing date. Draws and re-draws will be conducted at 130
Bundall Road, Bundall Qld 4217 at 2 pm AEST on the draw date(s). Neither
the sponsors nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged,
misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Use of this form or information
